Review: EdgeU Gel Nail Wraps
Getting my nails done is one of my guilty pleasures. I make sure they look presentable at all times whether I have polish on or not. But over the last 2 years, I stopped going to the salon because some nail techs aren't as meticulous as I am when it comes to my nails. However, doing them on my own means there are also some limitations. For example, I'm not able to do complicated designs when I wanna get crazy 😅 Which is why I'm usually stuck with a simple french or plain polish.
Thankfully EdgeU and Style Korean sent over these gel nail wraps. Each pack contains 16 pieces of gel nails strip, a prep pad, a nail file and a wooden pusher. They're simple and easy to use and perfect for when you have days when you suddenly have an occasion to attend to. In about 10 minutes you're all wrapped up 👌🏼
If you want these gel strip to last like a gel manicure, EdgeU provides a pocket sized LED lamp which is compatible not only for these nails strips but for other types of gel polish as well.
They're extremely easy to apply and even though I don't have an LED lamp, they actually stayed on my nails for about 5 days... And I'm someone who cooks, does laundry and washes the dishes with no gloves on 👌🏼 Just make sure you properly prep your nails before applying the gel wraps and they're not sticking on your cuticles.
On the other hand though, size wise, it was okay. I have wide nails and some of the wraps didn't quite fit as I wanted it too as they're too small. But it was expected and I'm still not gonna complain because these are great for on-the-go moments! I genuinely enjoyed using them too!
