Oily Skin? Here’s Top 5 Sunscreen To Use This Summer In The UAE
Summer in the UAE can get really hot and humid; and if you have oily skin, choosing the right sunscreen can be a daunting task. Most sunscreens can get tacky and heavy throughout the day and for someone with oily skin, I can get very picky with the sun protection I use. With the hot season upon us, I thought I'd share the top 5 sunscreens I personally use and love.
My personal favorite. It's a non-nano chemical sunscreen which contains hyaluronic acid and centella asiatica making this perfect if you have sensitive skin. This sunscreen has a gel texture that's easily absorbed without leaving a greasy residue or a white cast. So if you have a more tanned skin tone, you'll enjoy using this everyday. Not to mention, it suits all skin types so whether you have oily, dry, sensitive or normal skin, you'll definitely want to give this a try.
Now this is a tone-up mineral sunscreen and while I know that these types of sunscreens don't usually have a good rep, this one on the other hand provides an impeccable formulation. Yes, it does have a tone-up effect but it doesn't leave a white cast. Instead, the finish makes your skin naturally brighter. It's also very lightweight and non sticky, making this perfect for those with oily and sensitive skin.
The matte sun stick that's perfect if you're always on-the-go and you constantly need to touch up on the oily areas of your skin. This sunscreen protects your skin from UVA and UVB rays while also getting rid of the shine / greasy look on the face thanks to its sebum control silica powder.
This sunscreen has a light and watery texture that is easily absorbed into the skin. This is perfect if you have oily yet dehydrated skin as it contains aloe and rice for wrinkle care and brightening, ceylon cinnamon bark extract to regulate sebum production and water mint for soothing irritated skin.
Another sun stick in this list that protects your skin from the sun's harmful rays while getting rid of the excess shine on your skin during a hot summer day. The application is cottony soft which contains micro sized porous powder that absorbs the sebum and oil. Not to mention, it also works like a primer which helps avoid a crusty foundation application.
