Top 5 Books I Enjoyed Reading In The Last Six Months
In the beginning of this year, I told myself that I would read more. My goal was simple, one book a month, which is equal to 12 books for this year. But alas, I'd already gone through more than 20 books in the last 6 months and I couldn't be more happier ☺︎
So here, I decided to share the the top 5 books I enjoyed reading in the last six months. I've included a link to reviews as well as where you can get a copy if you want your very own.
1. Verity by Colleen Hoover
This book still blows my mind and I'm still not over the ending. I'll probably read this again to see if there's anything I missed out on during the first time. If you've read this, what team are you on? Let me know in the comments!
2. Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman
This book feels like a warm hug. It's all about Eleanor's healing from trauma and building relationships.
3. The Convenience Store Woman by Sayaka Murata
This is about a woman who doesn't fit in the society norms. She has her own quirks, she knows what she wants to do, and she's not going to allow anybody tell her otherwise.
4. The Travelling Cat Chronicles by Hiro Arikawa
A novel that reminds us that we always leave a piece of us wherever we go with whomever we meet.
5. Becoming Supernatural by Joe Dispenza
A very personal book to me. But if you're looking to be spiritually awakened or simply, you're trying to connect with your higher self, then this is the ultimate read.
