We all know by now that we cannot erase pores, nor can we literally shrink them. There is a way though, to minimize its appearance and this is by making sure they're unclogged and hydrated. You also want to use the right exfoliants or serums to "tighten" them.

Tiam's Pore Minimizing 21 Serum targets a couple of things. It will regulate sebum control, exfoliate dead skin cells, brighten the skin as well as help tighten your pores by providing hydration.

Two of its notable ingredients include Niacinamide 20% as well as Zinc PCA 1%. Niacinamide works on reducing pore size, dark spots, wrinkles and also lowers sebum excretion and lessens skin irritaton. Zinc PCA (PCA stands for Pyrrolidone carboxylic acid) is also known as zinc salt, is a very effective anti-sebum agent, it reduces redness and heals the skin.

My Experience
I'm no stranger to niacinamide. I've used it before and it's proven to be very effective on my skin.

● The texture is clear, very thin and lightweight and I use about 3-4 pumps to cover my entire face. It's tacky upon application but it quickly dissipates once the product is absorbed. Right away I noticed how it instantly calms my skin especially when used with the Tiam Hyaluronic Serum.

● No scent detected. There are some niacinamide serums that tend to smell like liquid glue, but I'm glad this doesn't smell anything at all.

● Huge improvement on my pores. Using this product along with their Blackhead Out Sheet and Pore Minimizing 21 cream, I noticed how my pores look like they've been completely sealed off.

● Although Tiam claims to see results just after 21 days, and while I've been using this for 3 weeks now and have already seen an improvement, I feel like with the current status of my skin (damaged skin barrier) I guess I'd have to wait for a bit more time for my sagging pores to improve. I will update this blog post once I see an even better result.

Final Verdict
When it comes to skin care, consistency really is key and pore care requires just that. It takes consistency and effort to make sure they're exfoliated well and hydrated for it to remain minimized and tight. So far, this product has been delivering results! If you're looking for a pore care product, this one's worth checking out!
