Jumiso's Waterfull Hyaluronic Sunscreen SPF 50+ PA++++ is a hybrid sunscreen, combining the best of both worlds: physical and chemical protection. It's vegan, fragrance-free, and best of all? It's got hyaluronic acid in it which helps keep your skin moisturized and protected from sun damage.

My Experience
Current skin situation: Oily on the T-Zone, dehydrated cheeks, sensitive and acne prone

● Jumiso's Waterfull Hyaluronic Sunscreen feels light-weight and does indeed have a water based texture. It has a cooling sensation upon application and is easily absorbed by the skin. It has a sheen and glowy finish and actually makes your skin look healthy.

● Very minimal white cast. If you have a medium skin tone, then it's worth trying this sunscreen. However, I do have to note that because this is still a hybrid physical-chemical sunscreen, and if you're using the 2-3 finger method, you may want to apply it in layers rather than slathering the entire sunscreen on your face just. When I tried this the first time, I had to blend the product for quite a while for the white cast to disappear completely. I'm not sure how this would work for those who have a darker skin tone.

● If you have oily skin, no worries as this can be used on top of the moisturizer and it still feels lightweight throughout the day. Skipping the moisturizer is also okay as this provides a good deal of moisture already.

● For dry skin. Although I did not experience any dry patches from using this sunscreen, it's better to still apply a decent amount of moisturiser to avoid any blotchy appearance.

● If you have compromised skin barrier, use this sunscreen with caution as it can cause a little sting. I've over exfoliated my skin barrier the past month and it's currently "under repair" 😅 so I did experience I little bit of stinging around my mouth area. I am glad though that the stinging isn't as bad as I'd experienced from other sunscreens I used.

● The Waterfull Hyaluronic Sunscreen has no fragrance. So if you're particularly scent-sitive to fragrances in general, then you'll have no trouble using this sunscreen.

Final verdict
While the product is lightweight, easy to blend and great to use on a daily basis, it does have some limitations when it comes to those with really sensitive skin. Chemical sunscreens can have the tendency to sting when you have a compromised skin barrier or if your skin is simply sensitive. And because this product still has chemical sunscreen components, it's possible that you may experience some discomfort such as the stinging sensation I felt.

Otherwise, if you have normal, oily and even dry skin, as long as it's not compromised, this is a wonderful sunscreen to use to use on a daily.
