Book Review: Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin
Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
A coming of age story story about 2 friends, Sam and Sadie and how they became an overnight success after creating their first video game together.
The story delves into the lives of Sam and Sadie (and their friends) from childhood to adulthood, showcasing the obstacles and traumas they’ve experienced while navigating life. I hate to say it but I found it challenging to fully connect with Sam and Sadie. And in my opinion, Marx was the only likeable character for me.
On the bright side though, the video game concepts were very intriguing and if they were ever brought to life one day, I’d definitely try and play them.
