Book Review: It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover

My first Colleen Hoover book. So I have a confession to make... I came across this book a few months ago as a recommendation from a friend. I started reading it and I have to admit, I got a little bored in the beginning so I stopped. I guess I wasn't ready for it back then.

A few months down the line, I decided to give it another try. This time, I have to say it was a knock out of the park. It was written in such a personal manner, like I was someone's actual life story... That said, at the end of the book, it turns out that it was inspired from a true story.

Even though there were a lot of heartbreaking stuff in there, there's also hope in the end.

A trigger warning though, there is domestic abuse in the book. I just wanna put it out there in case ya'll are thinking of picking it up.

I'm planning to read another Colleen Hover story but not sure where I should begin. Any suggestions? But please, nothing too heartbreaking like this one 😅
