Tony Moly Gel To Water Morning Cleanser Review

The Tony Moly Gel To Water Morning Cleanser is a product that's specially targeted for morning use.

It has AHA, BHA and PHA which is great for a daily gentle exfoliation; 5 types of centella asiatica making this perfect for sensitive skin; and ceramide to soothe, protect and strengthen the skin. All the ingredients are EWG Green.

I use this only in the morning and apply the cleanser directly onto my dry skin. You can also use it on a moist face but because the cleanser is so gentle, I feel like you won't get the most out of it by doing so.

✅ The texture feels like an aloe vera gel, so I'm sure you can imagine how gentle it is.

✅ Better applied directly on dry skin. The product turns into a milky-like transparent texture when massaged.

✅ It has a light refreshing fragrance which immediately dissipates after a few seconds.

✅ Does not leave a tight feeling on the skin. Even after drying my  with a soft towel, my skin actually feels fresh, soft and supple, ready for my toner and sunscreen.

❌ Doesn't really do much when the product is applied on damp or wet face as it can be washed off easily.

Final Verdict

This is a very simple and straightforward product which is why I love using It. It feels gentle and it does a good job at cleansing my oily skin just enough without stripping it off dry. I bet even those who have dry skin would absolutely love this product too!

If you are going to try this to remove make-up, I'm telling you now that it won't work. After all, this is a morning cleanser and is made to be used on an I-woke-up-like-this skin 😅
