KOSMÉ Paris, The Next Best Skin Care
KOSMÉ Paris, the high-end French brand was founded in 2010 by Sophie Allouche. But it wasn’t until 2012 when the products were actually launched. The two years in between was spent on research and development to make sure each product is formulated to the highest quality.
Skin care innovation is never ending. Different brands are always trying to research about new formulas for a better, younger looking skin. But at the end of the day, most skin care brands resort to going back to its natural roots. After all, aren’t organic and natural ingredients still the best for giving the optimum results?

At this point, KOSMÉ Paris did it. Its ingredients are pure, natural and rare which makes them stand out among the rest. Sophie Allouche, and her team developed highly concentrated formulas that combine these ingredients to give your skin an exceptional experience. The best part? All their products are paraben-free, mineral oil-free and silicone-free. Which means, you can expect for nothing less than excellence. So if you have hyper-sensitive skin (like me) I would definitely recommend you to try these products.
As the brand was introduced to me at first, I was a bit skeptical because most of their products are oil based. I, on the other hand, was never a fan of anything with “oil” in it. However, my perception immediately changed after personally trying out their products. The result? I never thought I’d be obsessed with them right away. More than that, KOSMÉ Paris also has body butters, creams and even scrubs. So in a nut shell, they literally have your spa dreams covered.
I wanted to know more and one of KOSMÉ’s representatives, Eliza, was kind and patient enough to demonstrate and explain how each product can benefit your skin.
You must be wondering how these oil based products don’t have a greasy finish. It’s because the size of the molecules are smaller and as a result, the products are easily penetrated into the skin. Here’s a few of my favourites from ther line.
Camillia Cleansing Oil
You simply use a few drops, rub them gently on your face with your fingers (use a cotton pad if you prefer but I used the product directly on my face). Add a little water on your face and continue rubbing until you feel that all your makeup has melted. Wash it off and voila, you’re a new person. I’ve personally tried this and it works! It’s not greasy at all, in fact, it’s very moisturising.
Body Oils
Expect that when you apply them, they will send you straight to cloud 9 and I’m not even kidding. They come in their signature scents, such as a summer breeze with Verbena, Citrus, Green Tea and warm essences of Patchouli, Amber and Musk. They can replace lotions and you’ll get a better moisturized skin. In addition, you’ll be glowing so much like that light at the end of the tunnel! Haha. Also, their subtle scents will make you smell good the whole day! I was so impressed, I had to actually pump a few drops and apply on both my arms. #sorrynotsorry
Anti-Aging Serum
They also have their top of the line anti-aging serum which they claim to work wonders. In fact, to show the effectivity of it, they did a live demo of their facial while focusing only on one side of the model’s face. After the whole treatment, you could actually see the difference from the other side. She was glowing and everyone was in awe.

KOSMÉ Paris has got me changing my views about oil based skin care. And at the end of the event, I got to take home a gorgeous gift bag with 3 of my favourites in it; the cleansing oil, body oil and their coconut body butter.
